My autumn pantry

Fridge:

Parmesan, but also many other kinds of cheese. From goat to sliced cheese, chilli cheese to dry cheese – everyone in our family loves one of them.

Mayonnaise 

Eggs 

A wide range of jams and tapenades

Salami

 

Freezer:

Spinach

Homemade Bolognese sauce

Good quality meat – everything from mince to steaks

Rye bread, South Jutland-style 

Ice cubes – for smoothies (and drinks).

 

Fruit bowl & vegetable basket:

Lemons 

Apples

Avocadoes 

Onion and garlic

Chilli 

 

Pantry:

Crisps (my vice – my friend Feline calls them ‘drinks-cakes’) 

Tinned mackerel in tomato sauce – and other good quality tinned fish. I especially love cod liver with loads of lemon juice! It’s something I inherited from my grandfather.

Tinned cherry tomatoes 

Oatmeal 

Pasta
