Summer food should be simple, but that doesn’t mean that it has to be boring. I love shopping at the local places in the country, and I can spend an entire morning going to the butcher, the greengrocer, the fishmonger, past the strawberry fields and so on. The fresh vegetables taste amazing, and I make sure that we get as many different kinds as possible.
And when the refrigerator is filled with leftovers, homemade hash is on the menu. This one is with quail eggs and olives – accompanied by Pale Ale from Ørbæk Brewery, which I can highly recommend.
